Introduction: Cadmium is a heavy metal with high toxicity. Cadmium is a heavy metal that is very dangerous and can cause some growth and bone problems. Hypothesis of this reasearch is exposure of CdCl2 in Danio rerio fish parents (F1) causes a decrease in body length and vertebral curvature of Danio rerio fish larvae (F2).Method: This research is an experimental laboratory type in vivo, using the group post test only control design. The sample of this study used 6 dpf Danio rerio fish larvae which were taken as many as 6 fishes in each group. Danio rerio fish larvae were obtained from the results of spawning Danio rerio fish adults aged 3 months previously divided into 4 groups, namely control, CdCl2 0,5 ppm, 1 ppm, and 1,5 ppm which were e...
