ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study to determine and analyze the influence of Ability, Motivation, and Employee Performance on Work Productivity. This study analyzed the influence of predictors of Ability, Motivation, and Employee Performance on Work Productivity. Data analysis method used in this research is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis.Based on the results of this study that the ability to positively and significantly influence on Work Productivity, this is evidenced from the value of variable coefficient of 0.041 and coefficient value smaller than 0.05.
