PERBEDAAN KINERJA KEUANGAN PERUSAHAAN SEBELUM DAN SESUDAH MERGER DAN AKUISISI (Studi Empiris Pada Perusahaan Manufaktur yang Terdaftar di BEI Pada Tahun 2014-2016)

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the differences between mergers and acquisitions to the financial performance of Manufacturing Companies partially. Population is a Manufacturing company Registered on the Stock Exchange in 2014-2016, and a sample of 16 companies. Data collection through documentation. Data analysis in this study used SPSS version 16. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling method and the data testing techniques used in this study included the normality test, paired sample t test and Wilcoxon signed ranks test. The analysis shows that: (1) Net Profit Margin, Return On Assets, Return On Equity, Return On Investment, Earning Per Share, Total Asset Turnover, Fixed Asset Turnover, Current Ratio, Quick Ratio, and Debt Ratio there are no significant differences between before and after temporary mergers and acquisitions (2) Debt to Equity Ratio there are significant differences between before and after mergers and acquisitions Keywords: Mergers, Acquisitions and Financial Performanc
