ABSTRACT The purpose of this research are: 1) to know the influence of trust, service quality and price influence simultaneously to customer satisfaction J&T Probolinggo. 2) to know the influence of trust, service quality and price influence partially to customer satisfaction J&T Probolinggo. This research method using quantitative method, this research type using explanatory reseach. The sample used is 82 respondents taken by accidental sampling technique. The result of the research shows that trust, service quality and price simultaneously have a significant effect on customer satisfaction of J&T Probolinggo.
