ABSTRACTThis research is meant to find the effect of Dividend Payout Ratio(DPR), Return On Equity (ROE), Financial Leverage (FL) and Price EarningRatio (PER) on Stock Price. The sampling technique was conducted by purposivesampling method consisting of 11 food and beverage companies for the period of2012-2016. The data used in thisstudy is secondary data obtained from food andbeverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and this type ofresearch belongs to eksplanatonary research.Thepopulation in this study are allcompanies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange which have financialstatements for the period 2012-2016. Data analysis method used in this researchis using multiple linier regression analysis test with t test hypothesis. The resultsof this study indicate that partially Dividend Payout Ratio and Price EarningRatio significant effect on Stock Price.
