PENGARUH STRUKTUR KEPEMILIKAN DAN KEPUTUSAN KEUANGAN TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN: PROFITABILITAS SEBAGAI VARIABEL MODERATING ( Studi Kasus Pada Perusahaan Perbankan ynag terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2014-2016)

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this research is to know about: (1) The impact ownershipstructure of company value, (2) The impact financial decision of company value,(3) The impact ownership structure of company value with probability asmoderating variable, (4) The impact financial decision of company value withprobability as moderating variable.The method of this research is using quantitative method. Type of thisresearch is explanatory research with quantitative descriptive analysis approach.The sample of this research is using the financial report of the banking companieslisted on the Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2014-2016 using the method ofpurposive sampling. There are 16 banking companies that fulfilled the criteria asresearch samples. Analysis method used in this research is simple regressionanalysis.The results of this research indicate that: (1) from two variables showingownership structure can be concluded that managerial ownership has negative andinsignificant effect for company value and institutional ownership has negativeand insignificant effect for company value, (2) from three variables showingfinancial decision can concluded that investment decision has negative andinsignificant effect for company value, variable of financial decision has positiveand significant effect for company value and dividend decision has negative andinsignificant effect for company value, (3) partial interaction between twovariables of ownership structure for company value with profitability asmoderating variable show insignificant results, (4) partial interaction betweenthree variables of financial decision for company value with profitability asmoderating variable show insignificant results.Keyword : Ownership Structure, Financial Decision, Company Value,Profitability
