PEMBERIAN LAYANAN INFORMASI UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KEDISIPLINAN SISWA KELAS XI IPS 2 DI SMA NEGERI 4 BUKITTINGGI

This study aims to find out how to improve student discipline after being given information service in class XI IPS 2 SMA Negeri 4 Bukittinggi. Data collection methods to determine the level of student discipline, used data collection techniques using the questionnaire method. To know the percentage of student discipline level, then do descriptive statistical analysis. The study was designed in two cycles, each of which consists of action planning, action implementation, observation, and reflection, while the second cycle consists of action planning, action execution, observation, and reflection. From the results of research and discussion can be concluded that in the first cycle there are still many students who violate school discipline and other regulations with an average of 28,48% and then increased in the second cycle and not some students who violated, and has changed from cycle I to cycle II with an average of 7,88%. Thus, the provision of information services can improve student discipline XI IPS 2 SMA Negeri 4 Bukittinggi.Keywords: Information Services and Student Disciplin
