Rol del docente en el área de formación orientación y convivencia de educación media general

Education is considered an indispensable process in order to form citizens who are able to live together in society. This is oriented towards the integral development of the human being, therefore, the link between education and guidance is important, both must work hand in hand, to be agents of change, in order to apply the principles of guidance from prevention and development. The aim of this research was to study the role of the teacher in the area of orientation and coexistence training in general secondary education. It was based on a documentary design, starting from theoretical postulates that give rise to a subsequent process of reflection, analysis and interpretation of the information. As a result, it was found that teachers should exercise their role as counsellors, but lack the training and information to do so and cannot efficiently manage the area of guidance and coexistence training, so there is no articulation in this regard. The conclusion is that teachers in their role as counsellors can provide pedagogical support and respond appropriately to the needs of students at this level, as long as they are prepared to carry out this role.La educación es considerada un proceso indispensable para formar ciudadanos aptos y que convivan en sociedad. Esta se orienta hacia el desarrollo integral del ser humano, por tanto, es importante el vínculo que representa la educación con la orientación, ambas deben trabajar de la mano, para ser agentes de cambios, en función de aplicar los principios orientadores desde la prevención y el desarrollo. El objetivo de esta investigación fue estudiar el rol del docente en el área de formación orientación y convivencia de educación media general. Estuvo fundamentado en un diseño documental, se parte de postulados teóricos que dan origen a un posterior proceso de reflexión, análisis e interpretación de la información. Como resultado, se precisó que el docente debe ejercer su rol como orientador, pero carece de formación e información para desempeñarlo y no puede administrar de manera eficiente el área de formación orientación y convivencia, por lo que no hay articulación al respecto. Concluyendo que el docente en su rol orientador puede realizar el acompañamiento pedagógico y responder de forma acertada a las necesidades de los estudiantes de este nivel, siempre y cuando esté preparado para ejercer dicho rol.   ABSTRACT Education is considered an indispensable process in order to form citizens who are able to live together in society. Elle est orientée vers le développement intégral de l'être humain, par conséquent, le lien entre l'éducation et l'orientation est important, les deux doivent travailler main dans la main, pour être des agents de changement, afin d'appliquer les principes d'orientation de la prévention et du développement. L'objectif de cette recherche était d'étudier le rôle de l'enseignant dans le domaine de la formation à l'orientation et à la coexistence dans l'enseignement secondaire général. Elle s'est basée sur une conception documentaire, partant de postulats théoriques qui donnent lieu à un processus ultérieur de réflexion, d'analyse et d'interprétation de l'information. Il en ressort que les enseignants devraient exercer leur rôle de conseiller, mais qu'ils manquent de formation et d'information pour le faire et qu'ils ne peuvent pas gérer efficacement le domaine de la formation à l'orientation et à la coexistence, de sorte qu'il n'y a pas d'articulation à cet égard. La conclusion est que les enseignants, dans leur rôle de conseillers, peuvent apporter un soutien pédagogique et répondre de manière appropriée aux besoins des élèves de ce niveau, à condition qu'ils soient préparés à exercer ce rôle.
