La huerta escolar bajo un enfoque agroecológico de sostenibilidad ambiental y el conocimiento nutricional estudiantil

This article addresses the importance of the problems of environmental sustainability and the theme of the agroecological school garden as a pedagogical scenario to strengthen learning, its purpose was to address the importance of the educational process in the face of the problems of environmental sustainability in order to improve the nutrition and quality of life of students; it is based on a qualitative methodology, based on documentary design. It was framed in the review of research background through the review of written documents in their different forms: printed, electronic and audiovisual. For the analysis of the information, procedures were used to guide the production of conclusions and recommendations. It was concluded that it is important to establish the school garden as an integral strategy of learning by doing, fundamental in all areas of knowledge with transcendence in the curricular structure, with continuity over time and strengthening at all levels of education.El presente artículo aborda la importancia sobre los problemas de la sostenibilidad ambiental y la temática de la huerta escolar agroecológica como escenario pedagógico para fortalecer el aprendizaje, tuvo como propósito abordar la importancia del proceso educativo ante los problemas de sostenibilidad ambiental a fin de mejorar la nutrición y la calidad de vida de los estudiantes; se apoya en una metodología de corte cualitativo, basada en el diseño documental. Se enmarcó en la revisión de antecedentes investigativos mediante la revisión de documentos escrito en sus diferentes formas: impresos, electrónicos y audiovisuales. Para el análisis de la información se utilizaron procedimientos que orientaron la producción de conclusiones y recomendaciones. Key words: Environmental sustainability, School garden, Pedagogical strategy   RÉSUMÉ Cet article aborde l'importance des problèmes de durabilité environnementale et le thème du jardin scolaire agroécologique comme scénario pédagogique pour renforcer l'apprentissage, son objectif était d'aborder l'importance du processus éducatif face aux problèmes de durabilité environnementale afin d'améliorer la nutrition et la qualité de vie des élèves, il est basé sur une méthodologie qualitative, basée sur la conception documentaire. Elle a été encadrée dans l'examen du contexte de la recherche à travers l'examen des documents écrits sous leurs différentes formes : imprimés, électroniques et audiovisuels. Pour l'analyse des informations, des procédures ont été utilisées pour guider la production de conclusions et de recommandations. Il a été conclu qu'il est important d'établir le jardin scolaire comme une stratégie intégrale d'apprentissage par la pratique, fondamentale dans tous les domaines de connaissance avec une transcendance dans la structure curriculaire, avec une continuité dans le temps et un renforcement à tous les niveaux de l'éducation.
