Every day, children of all ages are being diagnosed with Juvenile Diabetes, also known as Type One Diabetes. There is no cure for this disease and the treatment is life altering. Once a child is diagnosed with Type One diabetes, immediate lifestyle changes are necessary. In most cases there is difficulty accepting the disease and it\u27s necessary treatment for both parent and child. For my project, I created a coping pamphlet for parents to be given in the Emergency Room, when their child is first diagnosed with this difficult disease.
