This capstone project is designed to increase resources to healthy food choices for families living in low-income neighborhoods, the majority of whom are enrolled in Women, Infants and Children (WIC) or other healthy family programs. Conducting a needs assessment by mapping and surveying the defined neighborhood assets and indicators. Collaborating with key stakeholders to address areas of needed improvement and establishing local implementation changes
