Recommendation for Wilbert Carey (April 5, 1890)

From 1899 to 1903, Carey worked as General Secretary at the YMCA in Pottsville, Pennsylvania. After leaving this position, he worked from 1904 until 1912 as the General Secretary at the YMCA in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. He died June 16, 1940
