The photograph has a black border on the top and bottom.Dr. Kaynor, a Yale University alumni, earned his Ed.D. in Guidance and Administration from Teachers College at Columbia University in 1959. Then he worked as a consultant in various state colleges. He was appointed as an auxiliary professor at Springfield in 1947, and got tenured as a full professor in 1959. Dr. Kaynor also acted as the Chairman of the Psychology Department from 1968 until at least 1983. Dr. Kaynor also acted as a Senator for the American Personnel & Guidance Association and as a Corporator for the BayState Medical Center
