Springfield College Women's Basketball Scrapbook (c. 1964)

This scrapbook is dedicated to Springfield College's first women's basketball team, which played during the 1963-1964 academic year. The scrapbook was likely given to Jone Bush, who coached the team , along with Martha van Allen. The team had a 7-0 season record in their first season. Most of the photographs appear to be from a game against Mt. Holyoke College. Alternating with the photographs are cartoons of specific players. The cartoons were drawn by player Nancy Chase, who also arranged and created the scrapbook.
