Springfield College Field Hockey Sweatshirts

This is a photograph of the backs of three field hockey players at Springfield College. They are wearing white Springfield College field hockey sweatshirts. This photograph was used in the 1991 Massasoit, Springfield College's yearbook.The Springfield College Field Hockey program started in the 1950s as an intramural sport. The early days consisted of few practices and contests and gradually grew into the intercollegiate sport it is today.
