This is an aerial photograph taken during the reconstruction of the Memorial Field House at Springfield College. The photograph was taken by H. A. Provost and shows the field house before the roof was done. The photograph was taken on October 21, 1947. By the time of this photograph, the whole frame of the field house has been finished, the beams are erected and connected to each other; the roof has been started and no side walls have been built yet. There are houses on one side of the field house and cars on the other side.
