In recent years there is a focus on increasing the activity of women in labour market and harmonising theirs private life and working career. This is justified by the policy of equal opportunities and equal treatments. And this is also an economic necessity, because the labor market requires more and more workers. Analyzing the data of domestic labor market, we can realize that the participation of women in the labor market permanently and significantly lower than men, especially in leadership positions, there is a vertical segregation of women.
