Stratégiaalkotás monopolisztikus környezetben - kutatási megközelítés tanulmányozása

This review study acts as an integral and basic part of a research aiming investigation on motivation factors and drivers of organizations operating in the field of monopolistic markets. This planned research is aiming to scrutize the question, by what kind of „hard" and „soft" management tools are to be used by monopol organizatisons, while creating, implementing and even altering their strategies and what kind of inshore or offshore influences effect directly their operation. As an indispensable root of the research, in this study I took a close look at the market-structure indicators conceming monopolistic operations - with special view on the state owned-systems and its consequences. Following the outcome of survey on the market-structure focused on monolistic patterns, I found crutial to outline all the organizational dimensions that has been found critical for narrow-platformed investigation. Finally I did match the hidden changemanagement interdependances concernig the aim of the planned reasearch, and summed up the details and indicators by checking all the inevitable dimensions by use of frame modell correlated organizational modulation
