Capaccio Environmental Engineering, Inc., is a rapidly growing multi-service environmental, health & safety engineering and consulting firm. Due in part to rapid growth and to a focus on clients, and related inattention to staff development, company’s leadership had overlooked some internal trainings needs, most especially the new hire orientation. Realizing the need to improve the new hire orientation, the organization has elected to invest in developing a training intervention to replace the outdated orientation resource currently in place.
