Today, many cases which involved dragging the name of the notary, both in the case of criminal justice, civil judicial and administrative courts. Notary could be a perpetrator or as a witness in a legal case. Notary based on the existing legal rules, can reject the call, because the notary has right of refusal (Article 16 paragraph (1) letter e UUJN). Right of refusal is right to refuse to give information about anything related to his secret or deed made and explanations obtained for deed, according oath of office.
