The aim of this research were to determine of effect dipping with giant snakehead pituitary extract indifferent doses on the growth and survival of snakehead larvae. The research was conducted on juni until august2014 in Fish Breeding unit Batanghari Sembilan Indralaya, Kabupaten Ogan Ilir. This research used CompletelyRandomized Design (CDR), with 4 treatment 0, 4, 6, 8 ml.L-1 water pituitary extract, with 3 replications. Theparameters observed were length (cm), weight (g), survival rate (%) and water quality. Based on the survey resultsrevealed 6 ml .L gives the best effect on the growth of 1.14 cm length, weight 0, 211g and survival of 50.48%.Water quality obtained during the study ranged from 25.5 to 30.2 ° C Temperature, pH 6.3 to 7.1 ...
