Accelerated Bridge Construction (ABC) Toolkit for Georgia City and County Roads

The GDOT is funding a research project aimed at introducing ABC design and construction to Georgia cities and counties through the use of a toolkit. The research focuses specifically on short span bridges. This paper presents the process used in developing the toolkit and its primary features. The first phase of the project involved the creation and completion of a survey which was distributed to several DOTs.
