Abstract

Money has always been a big thing at Bismarck Junior College. Not in the sense that we have a great deal of it, but that what we have must be carefully considered. To see that the college doesn t spend more than it takes in is one of the main tasks of the energetic, progressive, and popular Mr. Werner. , Whenever a new semester rolls around we can find him in the office eagerly await-ing to collect each students' tuition, that gleam in his eye is unmistakable. Mr. Wer-ner not only takes the students' money, but also helps them get proper courses, helps them find homes in which to live, and also places the students who want to work in good positions.
