PEMBERDAYAAN UMKM MELALUI INKUBATOR BISNIS DAN TEKNOLOGI BERBASIS OVOP (ONE VILLAGE ONE PRODUCT) DI KAWASAN KAJIGELEM, DESA BANGUNJIWO, KECAMATAN KASIHAN, KABUPATEN BANTUL, DAERAH ISTIMEWA YOGYAKARTA

Empowerment of SMEs through Business and Technology Incubators –Based on OVOP (one village one product ) in Bangunjiwo, Kasihan, Bantul, Yogyakarta was an effort to mobilize the community to develop region potential to improve the community incomes and welfare area , so that Indonesia's economic strength can compete globally, considered three important aspects, including ( 1 ) Results : Business and Technology Incubator that was professionally managed and got support from the Government and other relevant parties, to create jobs and improve social welfare . ( 2 ) Value-added : Business and Technology Incubator would be able to provide added value to the economy through the accelerated development of new or old business and help maximize growth. ( 3 ) Best practices : best practice implementation of Business and Technology Incubator can be a lesson or a reference material in replicating the business incubator . Implementation ofthe program was carried out by three stages. ( 1 ) Pre-Incubation: selected some tenant or SMEs who meet the criteria became the object of KKN PPM .( 2 ) The process of incubation was a process in which tenants who had passed the selection to receive and obtain special treatment. ( 3 ) Post-Incubation was the stage where the tenant that had completed incubation but still needed the incubator services. A total of 40 students and lecturers conducted post- incubation that also involved exporter and owner of several companies for the implementation of benchmarking.
