Sources of data obtained from the labor workforce palm oil yield PT.Pekerbunan Mitra Ogan , Department plantation southern Sumatra, relevant agencies such as the BPS And literature. Data sampling technique by observation , questionnaires , interviews and recording. To Analyze the working conditions using the scale "Likert" ie using the scoring. The hypothesis in this study is believed to acceptance factors, working conditions, age and employment status affect crop productivity and labor productivity alleged escape harvest is higher than the harvest labor remains were tested using SPSS.
