Using the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Awards Program Criteria to Determine Business Practices That Differentiate Successful and Unsuccessful Bands

This paper reports the findings of a Louisiana statewide study of the business practices of music groups. The goal of the study was to determine whether the same factors that differentiate successful businesses from unsuccessful businesses might also apply to music groups.
