MENUMBUHKEMBANGKAN JIWA WIRAUSAHA PADA BIROKRASI KASUS DI BBP BARONGAN KABUPATEN BANTUL

The research objective was to determine whether the entrepreneurial spirit has appeared on BBP Barongan personnel associated with the business for the purposes of farmers and seed production. The research methodology used is a combination of qualitative and quantitative research, qualitative and quantitative dominant - less dominant, with the BBP staff interviewed in depth Barongan. The results showed that BBP staff Barongan able menumbuhkembangan rice seed development of an entrepreneurial spirit, BBP staff Barongan Dunn was able to translate the message of mewirausahakan bureaucracy so that they can enter the PAD for Bantul and established business relationships between local government Bantul, BBP Barongan, breeders and farmers to meet the needs of rice seeds.
