Cigarette industry has different features and characteristics from the other products. As a product of adult convenience or enjoyment, nowadays its existence raises contradictions among community members. Some part of them think that cigarette products are beneficial and profitable for the public interest of cigarette consumers since cigarettes can bring enjoyment, concentration and as an effective medium for communication in addition to providing benefits especially for the state revenue through excise stamps, employment, helps in social and cultural life of communities such as sports and arts, education and so on. They want the cigarette industry to still exist and expand like the other industries. Some other part of anti-smoking public, by health reasons, demand that smoking be limited in circulation due to damage to the health of the community, its development be inhibited by a variety of laws and rules and, if necessary, be closed. This condition will not benefit our society since the contribution of cigarette industry is large enough; in the other hand, smoking is considered a disturbance to public health.
