Reformasi Perlindungan Hukum terhadap Anak Sebagai Pelaku Tindak Pidana dalam Peradilan Pidana di Indonesia

The research was conducted with the aim to explain the reform of the legal protection of children as criminals. This research is a normative approach is juridical, conceptual and historical. The results of the reform of the legal protection of children as criminals has been widely formulated into Act No. 11/2012 on the Criminal Justice System of Children. Reforms may include minimum age of criminal responsibility of children as criminals is 12 (twelve) years, diversion, type of criminal sanctions and measures that are non-custodial and law enforcement experience as a child. Reform of the legal protection of children as criminals and have been referring to the future of our children. Also refers to the international regulations concerning the rights of children.
