ANALISIS KESELAMATAN DAN KESEHATAN KERJA PADA PROSES PEMBONGKARAN DAN PENGIRIMAN BATUBARA DI PT. BUKIT ASAM (Persero) Tbk UNIT PELABUHAN TARAHAN BANDAR LAMPUNG

From the results of field observation indicated there are some areas that could be unsafe conditions for workers, among others in the area is too noisy crusher. Occupational diseases that often occur are respiratory problems, sore eyes from dust and physical condition declined due to fatigue. In an effort to prevent accidents and increase safety and health needs to be done : 1. Make improvements to the unsafe conditions in work areas, buildings and equipment is getting old and brittle. 2. Emphasis needs to talk at the beginning of work safety and impose penalties or sanctions for the violation of workers. 3. Improvement in all areas of labor inspection and further disseminate the importance of K3. 4. Improve facilities and health service
