PERENCANAAN PERSEDIAAN SUKU CADANG MESIN GAP SHEAR DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN METODE POISSON (Studi Kasus di PT. INKA Madiun)

PT. INKA is a company priority to customer satisfaction. To complete the order, on time according to the customer wanted the machines needed a reliable production. Spare parts inventory will production machinery becomes very important here at any time if the engine were damaged. The nature of demand for parts that tend to be intermittent own difficulties in determining the amount of spare parts inventory. To determine the optimal amount of inventory to cost considerations are minimal, so there is no waste due to excessive purchases or problems caused by lack of spare parts we need a good inventory management. Problem solving in this study is to determine the demand characteristics of spare parts to the ADI (Average Interval interDemand) and ��� (Squared Coefficient of Variation), then the forecast demand for spare parts that will come according to the demand characteristics of spare parts. Of forecasting is sought which gives the optimal solution with minimal cost considerations. From the calculation it was found optimal solutions for each of the parts. Provide 2 units of magnetic power with minimal total cost of Rp 268.742, providing a seal with a total of 4 units Rp 78.144 minimal cost, to provide 4 units of o-ring with a total cost of at least 2 units Rp 96.363 provide flexible cable with a minimum total cost Rp 24.1924, providing 12 units of U-packing with minimal total cost Rp107.122 and provides two units of interest spare blades with minimal total cost Rp423.253.
