Relation between concentration change of some metal salts in aqeous solution and their membrane potential was measured by the new types of membrane-electrode with ion-exchage membranes, "Selemion" series, prepared by Asahi-Glass-Co. From this data, CSG and CMV cation-exchange-membranes were selected as most suitable species for analysing of metal ions in solution.
