The Tonopah Colorado Leasing Company, a subsidary of the Tonopah Mining Company of Nevada, was organized in July 1922, for the sole purpose of carrying on the development and exploration of the Lombard Mine, situated in the N.E. corner of Clear Creek County, Colorado. The former owners of the Mine were: The Continental Mines, Power and Reduction Company. This Company was held by the Seeman Investment and Finance Company. The property comprised 128 Mining Claims -- most of which were Patented. Other appurtenances of the Company comprised Mill Sites, Power Plant Site, Tunnel Sites and Ditch.
