This paper aimed to report two cases of type III and type II dentinogenesis imperfecta, in children, emphasizing the diagnosis and the rehabilitation treatment importance.Intraoral examination, in both cases, revealed destruction of the deciduous molars, dimension vertical loss and gray coloring of the teeth. Besides, in relation to the child with type III dentinogenesis imperfecta, a histopathologic exam was done to conclude the diagnosis.
