Objectives: The objective of this study was to evaluate the microleakage in class V restorations of composite resin using conventional adhesive systems and self-etching. Material and Methods: Evaluated in vitro the occurrence and the intensity of the initial microleakage (24 hours) and to the 6 months. 40 molars human extracted were used by reasons orthodontics, with the patients’ consent, which preparations class V cavitations were made standardized in the faces vestibular exam and lingual.
