The article analyzes the collegial teachers’ social representations in relation to Cycles of Apprenticeship and Continuing Progression public policy. The research is founded on the Social Representation Theory (SRT). Eleven subjects answered standard interview that were analyzed for theme contents, by the software ALCESTE and for word associations with spontaneous classification. Through SRT process perspective the analyze shows that the reproach is the figurative middle of the teachers’ representation. The Cycles are the alternative to transform (objectivity), but model, value and norm of annual class and Continuing Progression public policy are observed (anchorage).
