This paper brings some reflections related to the theme of education in Human Rights in the view of Paulo Freire’s teachings and, based on the universe of political-pedagogical principles developed by this author, we now pay homage for the 40 years of the Pedagogy of the oppressed (1987). We will try to reflect on the contents and the methodologies suitable and coherent with the theme of Education in Human rights when we work in the perspective of what we have called curricula and inter-transcultural education.
