The present work systematized some of our reflections and analyses on the research Narratives from life trajectories of female students from the UFV Pedagogy undergraduate program, included in the Program of Studies Social Representations of the Teaching Work, which is related to CIERS. We aimed specifically to understand the processes by which the 'identity' of pedagogues is constructed, through the narratives of memories of college students. Questionnaires and interviews in oral history were the research tools employed. The results of our analysis demonstrate that UFV students have chosen the Pedagogy undergraduate program as a result of a process of negotiation of 'identity', gender, class and socio-geographical belonging, which, in turn...
