In this study population were employees of Badan Kesatuan Bangsa dan Politik of South Borneo Province. The data collection method used was a survey method is by way of coming directly to the field, accompanied by distributing questionnaires From the results of this research the communication variables and variable organizational communication and leadership Head of Head Badan Kesatuan Bangsa dan PolitikSouth Borneo simultaneously affect the motivation of employees to the value of R square of 0,649 or 64.9%.
