The objective of this presentation is to uncover a reason for so many of our children turning to drugs and violence. Most often they are unmotivated academically and disconnects at home and in the classroom. As educators, our hands are tied when it comes to the home. What can we do in the classroom? I will uncover some researched based, proven strategies that will help our children step into success in the classroom and in their future endeavors.
