Bagley Middle School Assistant Principal, Daphne Winkler, and Teacher, Kellye Flood, will present on effective strategies for sustaining a positive school climate at the middle school level. The presentation will focus on school climate through the eyes of students, teachers, parents and administrators. The presenters will discuss the importance of all stakeholders when it comes to creating and sustaining a positive school climate. Attendees will walk away with key ideas and strategies proven to be effective in sustaining a positive school climate. The content of this presentation could be used by parents to help students set goals and work toward receiving the rewards during the school year
