Based on hospital data, the rate of recovery of TB patients (tuberculosis) is still 60% and of them is due to default patient treatment, while the Ministry of Health stipulates the success rate if it is over 85%.The purpose of this research is to get predictive model of risk factor of Tuberculosis patients at RSI Pondok Kopi. The research design used was cross sectional. The study was conducted at RSI Pondok Kopi Hospital. The study period was February - August 2015, with a total sample of 182 patients.From the multivariate analysis, the medication regularity variable and regularity of sputum examination as the final model prediction of risk factor of default incidence in TB patients in RSI Pondok Kopi.Regularity of treatment and sputum examination are risk factors for patients with TB default. So the role of Drug Swallowing Supervisor (PMO), health workers and community care TB is very important to always remind patients to take medication regularly and perform sputum examination regularly
