The basis of these contemplations is the empirical data deriven from the electronic dialectal corpus kept in the Department of Dialect Studies of Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. Mostly, the lexis was collected among the inhabitants of the same country via interviews with 72 interlocutors. It consist of 535 711 word forms. The basis is the part of more complex structure - corpus of contemporary Greater Poland dialects. It includes 1 500 000 word forms and each of them is followed by such pieces of information as, year of birth and the initials of the research participant, date of the recording, location together with the geographical coordinates.
