In this study, the reseacher dealt with the development of vocabulary material using picture series to improve students’ vocabulary. The subjects in this study were seventh grade hearing impaired students with total number of five students. Their lack in hearing sense made them less in vocabulary. This study was to develop English vocabulary material in form of module to enhance students’ vocabulary and made them easy to understood when they learn English. The design of the study was Reseach and Development (R&D).
