SISTEM INFORMASI MANAJEMEN PADA KLINIK (STUDI KASUS : BALAI PENGOBATAN DAN RUMAH BERSALIN BUDI MULYA)

Clinics and maternity hospital Budi Mulya in conducting its business processes are still using the manual method where all transactions relating to the service healthy process in patients recorded in a special book prepared for each of the service process. This will make it difficult for the employee during the service process and the difficulties in the process of making the required report. This research resulted in a management information system at the clinic that aims to replace the recording system and data management is done manually to computerized, in order to overcome the obstacles that have been occurring frequently associated inability to provide the required information correctly, accurately and timely. With a management information system that is made of this, the report required to be available immediately, such as: purchasing reports, sales reports, report the use of goods, inventory reports, reports of health care costs, patient medical record report, report and report the transfer of goods master data. Management information system in the clinic is designed using Data Flow Diagrams (DFD) and dicoding by using Visual Basic 6.0 programming language and MySQL as its database. The entire process from data input to the presentation of the report is displayed using the pulldown menu which aims to provide convinience to the user
