This research has been conducted in the experimental stable of the great hall extention farm in Noelbaki, Kupang Regency, for 10 weeks from March 19th - May 28th 2015. The objectives of this research were to know the effect of offering complete feed with different ratio of rice straw and concentrate on nitrogen and energy retention of female local goat. The used animal of this research was 12 famale local goats with age range of 8-10 months, the initial average body weight ± 12.2 kg and the variation coefficient of 22.5%.
