This paper examined the attitude to, opinion on and knowledge of pedagogical skills training held by university teachers with a view to enhancing knowledge dissemination in the university system of education. The study involved 200 academic staff of the university cutting across male and female, faculties, academic status, years of experience and previous exposure to training in education. A questionnaire was used to collect data. It was found out the selected lecturers had positive attitude to pedagogical training with a mean score of 8.35 (baseline was 6.00) and s.d of 2.25.
