The 1966 Fiesta featured a Dutch theme, offered contemporary entertainment as well as traditional Dutch music and dancing, an art exhibit, and the parade of floats. The Fiesta was used to raise money for campus needs as well as to fund a scholarship. This was the last year that Rollins hosted a fiesta, due to lack of funds and income
