Research data collection is carried out using this online survey tool, which can measure how governments are publishing and using open data for accountability, innovation and social impact. Researchers must be online at all times during entering data, using Google Chrome as the browser for the survey. The guidelines are supported by the Open Data for Development (OD4D) program.
