In Colombia where progress is being made in infrastructure without ensuring stability and broadband Internet, teachers create basic resources without considering copyright. coKREA provided teacher training on Open Educational Resources, creation and copyright through Creative Commons (CC). The presentation describes preliminary findings of the coKREA Project: research aims were to understand “whether and how, a bottom-up approach, where participants collaboratively and actively co-create contextual resources ('embedded' within a 'community of interest'), can support effective OER models.
